Person-Centered Approach
Individuals with disabilities
Care Remedy Inc. provides individualized, person-centered supports that help individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities achieve greater independence, community inclusion, and quality of life while ensuring safety, dignity, and personal choice
Adults with Disabilities
Adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities should have the opportunity to live the lives they choose within their communities. This includes the ability to make personal decisions, pursue their goals, and participate in everyday community life with the same rights and freedoms as others.
Our Independent Living Supports staff act as facilitators of independence, fostering autonomy while delivering essential supports. We have successfully developed and implemented care plans for seniors and Individuals with Developmental Disabilities, tailoring services to support aging in place, ADL assistance, companionship, and chronic condition management.
Care Remedy is committed to providing high-quality, person-centered In-Home Supports. We aim to empower individuals with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (IDD), including autism spectrum disorder, to live safely and independently in their communities

Individual Support Plan (ISP) Alignment
Care Remedy follows a structured and person-centered approach to service planning, ensuring that each individual receives tailored support that aligns with their needs, preferences, and long-term goals. Our process is designed to comply with the requirements of the Department of Developmental Services (DDS), Massachusetts Rehabilitation Commission (MRC), and Massachusetts Commission for the Blind (MCB), with a focus on collaboration, thorough assessment, clear goal-setting, effective implementation, and continuous evaluation to promote independence and quality of life.
