Our Model
Our Mission
Our mission is to create healthier communities by providing reliable, affordable transportation solutions, thereby addressing a critical social determinant of health (SDOH).
Since 2019, we have facilitated over 40,000 trips to medical facilities for seniors, dialysis patients, individuals with developmental disabilities, those with behavioral issues, and people recovering from substance abuse.
Our services include on-demand and scheduled point-to-point and multipoint transportation for vulnerable individuals, as well as prescription pick-up and meal delivery.
